Staying 1 night at Cathcart Park near Sombra, Ontario. It's on the St Clair River between Lake Huron and Lake Erie. It's part of the seaway and was hoping to see some large ships pass in front of us but according to boatnerd.com we may not see any during our stay. On edit: 1 finally did pass but it was at 11PM so we didn't go down to the river to watch. The low rumbling vibrations woke us up. The seaway sure isn't as busy as I was expecting.
Heading easterly tomorrow and hope to stay on Lake Erie before driving into Niagara Falls.
I was surprised to see a few oil wells near Bay City, MI. Didn't know there was out around here.
No problems with the border crossing today but the wait was on the order of 25 minutes.
