At Shenendoah River State Park for at least 2 nights. It's within 5 miles of Shenendoah National Park so may take another day or so to look the area over. No cell service near the campground so will be out of touch for a while.
Got the oil changed in the MH this morning so I don't need to worry any more about that. Park ranger was kind enough to let me do it on site as long as I was careful. Cleanest change ever, only 3 drops on the tarp thanks to the Fumoto valve.

Went down the park road to the Shenendoah River this morning. It truly is a beautiful area with large majestic trees and lush greenery all around.
Later in the day we went to Shenendoah National Park and drove Sky Line Drive for part of its length. Thanks to having picked up Senior Interagency passes it didn't cost us anything to enter the park. I undertand that further south it turns into the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Smokey Mountains. It is a nice drive with many scenic overlooks of the Shenendoah Valley. No commercial traffic allowed and 35 mph speed limit. It started out fairly clear but we were in the clouds at the higher parts and unable to see much including the road. I don't think that I saw the altimeter reach over 3500 feet before we exited the drive.
Tomorrow's destination is in the wind yet.
Life is good!
